I just installed an electronic iginition kit in my '50 H, and the job couldn't have been any easier. Although it ran fine and probably didn't need to have the timing adjusted, I went ahead and readjusted mine by ear. Just loosened the pinch bolt on the side of the distributor and turned slightly until it runs fast and smooth. I know it's not the best way, but alot of people do it that way and it seems to work fine on these old tractors. I couldn't be happier with the results. The old H runs smoother than ever and I'll never have to mess with points or condensers again. Good luck! Krey Milltown, Indiana
