There was an extra low gear for the H. Requires major transmission changes. The transmission counter shaft has to be changed because the first speed driving gear is too small to be made to slide on the shaft and thus is made as part of the shaft. This means that several other gears have to be changed as well, including the reverse idler gear, the first speed gear, and the second speed driving gear. Maybe others too. Your best bet would be to find a tractor with the low speed gears and buy it. If you find one in a salvage yard, just get the complete transmission. I expect there were not many of these, so it's not going to be an easy find.
