MY 140 CLUTCH HAS STUCK AGAIN

AFTER HAVING MY CLUTCH AND PRESSURE PLATE REBUILT THE CLUTCH HAS STUCK FOR THE SECOND TIME.IT,S NOT A HARD WORKING TRACTOR.I GO FOR A MONTH OR TWO AND DON'T START IT.BUT IT'S TIME TO TURN SOME SOD!! THE LAST TIME I ROCKED IT BACK AND FORTH SEVERAL TIMES AND IT FREED UP.I'VE USED IT ALOT SINCE I DID THE WORK.ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
