Good point! The cap screw that goes in the right front flange hole has a special extended (higher) head. The extended bolt head sticks up into a crescent-shaped slot cast in the underside of the fixed bolster. It then limits how far you can turn the front wheels left and right. Punch below for a photo showing the stop bolt as the pivot shaft is being installed...
