I cant tell you a whole lot, but can help you eliminate a few possiblities The W30 tractor used the prefix WB and the serial numbers only go to 33041 and the Farmall F30 uses the prefix FB and only go to 30026. Both of these start at 501. The serials on the stationary were separate and must be prefix UE The tractor engines were all built between 1931 and 1940. In the book 150 Years of IH by CH Wendel I have found a stationary engine, picture of hood and grill same as W30. He states of this engine," Identical in basic specifications to the P-30 engine, the International U-10 power unit shown here featured a full hood and other streamlined features not found on the P-30. Regular equipment included a flyball governor, oil filter, gasoline manifold, and IHC high tension magneto. Between 1938 and 1942 only 738 of the U-10 engines were built." Sounds to me as though this is your engine, not sure. Look at some of those features mentioned to see if you have them. Keep me posted thank you.
