Farmall H live hydralics belly pump reservoir

Here is a diagram I scanned in from an M&W catalog on how to use the belly pump as a reservoir for live hydraulics. Questions come up all the time about it so I'm also going to include how to plumb it: Pump suction should come from the hole shown in the diagram (3/4"). Pressure should go to an open center spool valve. Return from the spool valve could either go in a T fitting on the fill hole, or a T fitting in the suction line for the pump. Also, a live hydraulic pump from a Super H, 300, or 350 will fit on an H if you change the timing cover to one from a SH/300/350. You should also use the cam gear from those as they were built heavier. Hope this helps someone out!
