The solenoid problem should be fairly easy to fix at a reasonable price. PTO adjustment might fix the continuous running--my 460 Utility does the same thing and it can be adjusted so the brake is engaged, although it makes the lever movement even stiffer than usual. As for the TA, the linkage is pretty complicated--get a manual and follow through the adjustment step by step and it will probably work fine. Other than the fact it doesn't start well in cold weather, I really like my 460 diesel. Very good fuel economy, handy, lots of power for its size, gears that fit my needs for haying. If anything, the price sounds suspiciously low with a FEL and mower. Like one of the others said, check the steering carefully and look for some expensive problem about to happen.
