Mark...others already gave you good advice, but another thing you might want to check is the spark plugs. I have a Super A (same engine as the A)and I had the same problem as you in the winter. I did all the usual tune-up things and still it was hard to start. I then changed from a D-15 spark plug to a D-21 plug and now it starts much much better in the cold wheather. Pete
