There should be a linkage between clutch pedal and clutch housing. There should be a place on that linkage for adjustment. As your clutch wears, you adjust that linkage to take out the extra slop or play in the clutch pedal travel. I would check to see if that is adjusted correctly. There should be a little free travel but not to much. Just enough to insure that the clutch is fully engaged when pedal is out. If the adjustment on this linkage is ok, I would take clutch apart and see whats going on in there becuase something is wrong, all though it may just be something froze up you just as well take it apart and investigate becuase an F-20 clutch is fairly easy to disassemble.
