As the others indicate, any bearing house should be able to match that seal. Ken Updike has 'em in stock too. Here's another solution: Leave the old seal in place and instead of using gear oil in the steering box, and pack it with grease. Good quality EP grease will lube the worm and gear just fine, and grease won't leak out of the bad seal.
