Need W12 Brake Info

Recently acquired a W12 that has been sitting for a few years. Right rear wheel doesn't want to turn. Thinking it might be the brake is stuck, but I'm not familiar with this tractor yet. Is there a trick or anything special I should know about the brakes on a W12? Thanks in advance!
