Hey ;Ijust looked over the many cures listed.in any event no matter what course you take in this repair you need to find the real true end of the crack.The easy way is to obtain some Spot Check spray and developer.This red dye is sprayed on and then wiped off.Follow this by spraying on developer.You will then immediately see where the end of the crack is.At this point drill a 1/8"or 3/16"hole.This will prevent further extension of the crack.Then you can decide upon epoxy or weld/braze repair.If you do not drill it and decide to use any hot repair there is almost a guarantee that you will chase that crack allthe way to the threaded hole.If you do not have a leak try epoxy first. good luck.
