I remember seeing a SA with centre mount blade 35-40 years ago, and he had each side of blade hooked to the two separate hydraulic valves. It was a IH factory blade, but I am not sure his lift was factory. He said it was great when you wanted one side of blade to penetrate more. He could also hook them both on same hydraulic valve. I looked at it quite close but just don't remember details. Fabrication is the answer, and that is as broad as your imagination. The SC was far better tractor to put centre mount blade on as you had more clearence, both vertical and horizontal for lifting and angle.
