My H was having a problem that it lost power when it first encountered a load, almost stall, and after recovering would run rough. Turned out to be two problems. The Red suggested the governor spring, and sure enough that fixed the losing power. The old spring was noticably weaker. The running rough turned out to be the sparkplug wires. I got NOS wires that were a set made to fit the H. It looks a lot better than the cut to length and clip on the end myself kind. Brings up two questions, though. Will the cotton wrap insulation ignore getting caught in a rainstorm the way the rubber ones did? And what about flux? The coil wire, especially, had a lot of corrosion at both ends. I blew out the sockets with contact cleaner, but is there a product I can use to help prevent it? Thanks, Wm
