Not really sure on this, but I think the Farmall Regular is fairly common. Definitaly never worth as much as a spoker D John Deere. Given the relatively low serial number it may be worth more, but I think the 1924 models would be worth more than the 1925's as production was up. According to the serial number list there were over 130,000 Regulars made - not very rare. As for changes throughout the production that could make an early one rare, I do not know. Hope this helps!
