Old Raceway M-Main Bearing Report

OK, I got the oil pump pulled and pulled the center lower main bearing. There is a distinct impression in the bearing that is centered over the oil hole of about 1/2" wide. I don't think the camera would pick this up. The main journal has a discoloration to it in the exact same area. I thought I could feel a very very slight rise from the discoloration in the center of the journal. Also, I checked the torque on the bolts. Someone had these torqued to 80 footpounds!!!!!!!!!!!! Two questions. 1. I am trying to determine if this is a standard or oversize bearing. The number stamped on the bearing is MB 01063. Below that is stamped G41. I think my engineering neighbor has a micromoter if we can't determine whether it is standard or oversize from these numbers. 2. What can I use to try to clean up the slight corrosion on that journal? Keep in mind it feels smooth but I think there is a very slight rise in the diameter where this discoloration is. The discoloration is not even all the way around. It it is only on about 1/2 of the journal. It is obvious that the crank sat in one position for a very long time. I didn't drop the other caps so I don't know if this is an isolated incident or not. I am definitely ordering new main and rod bearings. I appreciate the help Farmallers!
