I took the brake bands on my H down to a machine shop that specializes in relining large truck brakes, and clutches. They charged me $15.00 each to put new materials on the bands. This included labor and material. Not bad in my mind. I also had to replace the bull cage seals on both sides as they were leaking. Do not try to remove the actual bull cage (like I did and cracked part of it), but mearly dig out the old seals and install new ones . Good luck
