Super H Ignition Problem

Hi folks, Finishing up the engine rebuild on the Super H. Last Friday I got everything back together and tried to fire it up. It turns over fine but I'm not getting any spark from the coil. I put in a new wiring harness using Bob M.'s diagram. When I pull the ignition switch I get 6V at the negitive terminal on the coil. I even took the coil from my running H and still have the same problem. What did I miss?
