tractor is run about once a week for about 30 minutes to feed a round bale to the horses but the batteries go dead between uses. they are only 1 year old. if you start it the next day it still is hot, but towards the end of the week you need to boost it. i am highly suspecting the alternator (it is the externally regulated delco). multimeter shows about 14 mA discharge with key off. charging voltage at the battery ranges from 12.5 up to around 14+. i think the discharge rate is a bit high. any advice?
