Farmall 100

I have a Farmall 100 that has few hours on it and I guess it's pretty tight. Question, like a dummy I left it outside for about a week, has a muffler pipe on it. It rained that week but I thought I was ok because of the cap but come to find out it leaked throught the weld on muffler. it's stuck. i poured all kinds of remedys in the cylinders and still nothing,could the mains have condensed and stuck. the valves are loose, please help, i cant budge it and dont want to pull it. john
