Farmall 400 engine miss (update)

recap of the problem--tractor lacks power and misses at any speed. Pulled plug wire from each cylinder in turn and when the wire is pulled from # 2 there is no change in the way the engine runs.

Update:
This tractor is about 4 days from being parted out. Here is what I have done so far:
Replaced wires, cap, rotor, points, plugs (AC-87), manifold. Checked compression and it reads 120 on #'s 1,2,3, and 110 on #4. Pulled valve cover and adjusted valve lash to .017 (hot). Ran the engine with the valve cover removed and observed the valves on #2 working.

Pulled spark plug on # 2 and watched a nice, pretty blue spark jump the gap. Plug comes out wet when pulled after running the engine. Swapped plugs and wire with other cylinders, problem stays at #2.

Measured as closly as I could the valve spring height both valve open and closed, do not remember those at this monment but they were the same as the others.

Drained radiator and ran the engine. Problem persists.

About the only thing left that I can come up with is the duration of the cam lobes on #2. Any idea of I can measure that without removing the head?
Also if anyone can think of something that I may have missed?
