Dry Sleeves in a Super M

I am rebuilding a Super M and I am having trouble getting the new sleeves in the block. I put the sleeves in the freezer and they still don't slide in. I rebuilt an MD and put the sleeves in the freezer and they went right in with no problems and not much force. I would appreciate any help and suggestions. Thanks.
