As I recall you were the one who jumped all over me for being wrong. The only 276 I ever saw was at IH dealer about time my 1962 Farmall 560D was bought new. It was sitting next to 560 on lot so I asked dealer what it was. What I relayed to this forum is what I was told by dealer that day. The dealer in question entered the business with his dad in late 1930s. He was in the business until after 1975 as I bought a new 1066 from him in Sept of that year. He died not long after that and his son continued business until he got fed up with CaseIH. This was not a fly by night dealer.

So now you want to jump all over me, lets hear the facts. My source is dead, he wont argue, neither will I.

I defence of my source I will say I have never seen a B-275 or B-414 gas, and the 276 gas was the only one I ever saw. Tractors you have to tow start much of year were not of much interest to me.
