The remaining independent portion of IHC, International Truck and Engine Corporation, celebrates 100 year on August 12th. Check out an article in CNN/Money below for an interesting story. The Blue Diamond name is back as a joint venture between Ford and International...."Navistar and the Ford Motor Company joined forces to create the Blue Diamond Truck Company, LLC. The new company, a 50-50 venture, will build medium commercial trucks, furnish truck and diesel engine service parts and explore other advanced diesel engine opportunities." Proud to say our family have been IHC consumers since the late 1800's.
