It's been awhile Steven, but I am thinking like KB. One thing my 1066 with DT414 did was always carry good oil presure, right to the day it needed a rebuild. Don't remember exactly figures but it was right in there with KB's 966. If your lucky it could be just pump, if not you know the rest of the story. I don't think I would interupt combining season to check this out. Presures you report arn't that serious. I can't see the 15W-40 oil changing presure over 30W One of big problems with something like a combine, engine doesn't get enough exercise rest of year. There is the big difference, you could do that with old 4 cylinder gassers. Run them in shed until next season and forget them. I don't think that will work with these big diesels.
