Good advice on the previous posts. I will echo the part about HEAVY! If the tires have fluid in them, they are incredibly heavy! I had good luck moving the wheel on an H by putting a small scissors jack from my wife's Chevy Cavelier between the hub and the drawbar frame. As emphasised in some other posts, use penetrating oil for a week or more on those clamp bolts, and oil/grease the axle before moving the wheel. Don't jack that tire more than about 1/2" off the ground!
