H rebuild questions?

I'm rebuilding a '46 H that has sat in a barn for 10 years with it's engine apart. The block and head were cracked, so I patched the block and got a used head. The sleeves in the block looked good except the clearance between the piston and sleeve on the #4 cylinder was .010". Is this too sloppy? Should I replace the sleeve & piston? This tractor will see light duty work.

The tractor also has an overbore kit in it, with the firecrater (stepped head) pistons. The used cylinder head I picked up was from a '44 H, and the combustion chamber is deeper than the one off the '46( appears to be 1/2" or so. Both heads are the same overall height. What are the differences in these heads? Valve stem lengths? rocker arm height? pushrods? Can I make it work with my block?
