Have been watching your post, figured someone who knew would respond. Apparently you and I are not the only two who don't know. You have me curious as I have a SA and 130. I have a thought, it is a long shot. Does this hose go back into water jacket of engine block or is it just caped. My thought is that it may have been for an external circulating block heater. Usually these are used on large diesels, but nothing to stop one from putting it on a 140. Can you tell me more? If not hooked into block, can you see where it may have been hooked. Another thought, would someone have had a cab, windbreaker, etc with a heater at feet or under seat.
