Farmall A's were made from 1939 to 1947 and were replaced by the Super A in '48. Culti-Vision is nothing more than a term used to describe the ability to look down and have an unobstructed view of the crops you are cultivating. The term was used in the marketing campaigns of the A, AV, B, & BN tractors. All those tractors have Cultivision. The serial number should be on a plate riveted to the left-hand seat support bracket unless it is a very early one, then it would be on the pedal guard, at the base of the pedals. If it's missing, the engine serial number is stamped on a raised flat boss on the right side of the engine, below #1 sparkplug, kind of behind the magneto. The engine number would be at least close to the tractor number, unless the block has been replaced.
