Pull the manafold off the block, I bet its either warped or rotted in a spot. If not bad just get it machined flat again, maybe its cracked? Have not seen that but then I have not seen your tractor either. Years ago I changed plugs on ours and got 2 cylinders backwards because the distributer turns backwards from the last thing I had worked on, boy did it sound BAD. Good luck! farmer kev
