OK This is where I am now. I checked the fuel level in my bowl with a clear hose. It is a little over half full. It still floods a little and falls over itself when it starts to accelerate or open the govenor(Marvel/Schebler TSX-319). My Dad thinks it might have a valve sticking. I dont think it is, but I did run my valves last night. I realize this wont keep a valve from sticking but it didnt hurt anything. Is it possible for the jet in the bottom of the carb to be worn out? Does anybody know how big it should be, and where could I get one if it is bad? Also the hydralic pump seal is leaking into the engine crankcase. Has anyone had any luck changing the seal and getting it to hold? It is a "49 C. The book shows two styles of seals, later ones have a O-ring. The guy who sold me this tractor said I might as well replace the pump. Is this info correct? One last thing. I talked to a guy who works in a tractor salvage (semi retired it appeared), I told him that I was rebiulding a "45 B, he told me that they were getting very valuble is that correct? I just wanted the old girl because Dad has the one that my grandpa had and it was the first tractor I ever drove. It has turned into something I can't stay away from. And it wont even run!!! You guys are a valuble source of information and many thanks..
