That's basiclly what happened to mine. The base of the tube is melted 1/4 away and up the side of the tube about 1 and 1/2 inches (1/4 inch wide) and we replaced it and put sealer on it too. It is also expanded into the water jacket too. I was just wondering what caused this to happen?
