I know I'm hanging out in the enemy camp here, but I had a question about something I saw in the photo-ads section of this board. Somebody had two hand-clutch attachments for an M for sale. I can't even remember what brand they were now, but I was curious if anyone had any experience with these things. How did they work and why were they offered? Was the foot clutch engaged all the time and the hand-clutch installed in some other area of the power-train? I've seen people complaining about the hand-clutch on Deeres and was curious why someone would install one on a foot-clutch tractor. I'm not trying to start a color war here. I'm just trying to learn something. BTW - I grew up on red tractors, an M was the first tractor I ever drove, and I still love the old Farmalls, so don't get too upset that I'm on this board, lol.
