LiftAll Belly Pump with Broken Pipe Threads

One of the H's I have has a LiftAll Pump with a broken pipe thread section still in it from long ago. Is there a safe method for yanking out the damaged piece of threaded pipe? It is completely inside the fitting outlet and might be hard to get to. Any creative ideas out there outside of blasting it with a small application of TNT? I appreciate your help. My tractor is not being rebuilt by me...but by all of you and I appreciate all of your help very much. Scott
