Sound like a great deal to me. The best deal I ever heard of was when my friends uncle (lives in northern MI.) Was asked by the railroad If he wanted a whole bunch of railroad timbers (they were ripping up miles of track) And his uncle said yeah sure, I will burn them in my outside wood stove. Well the railroad folks brought the timbers to his property for free in dumptruck loads and the railroad paid him money to take them. I wish I could stumble on a deal that good.
