Try this --if the broken bolts are even or sticking out of the castimg...suport the tractor under the other frame near the front..just raise the tractor about 1/2",just enough ,so you can remove the frame with the broken bolts....weld large "nuts" (through the hole )same size as the broke-off bolts. ..burn them in,get good penatration...try to remove them with an impact wrench,while still warm....If that don't work ...Grind them smooth with a body grinder, center punch and re-drill and tap the holes and replace with the next largest size bolts...Good luck
