I haven't checked the seasonal disconnect, but will try it. I'm not willing to rule out anything, even though a local rebuilder went through the starter, the brush(s) may need checking by someone dependable. He did say the starter drew only 150 amps instead of a potential 300 amp draw on a dead short starting motor.
