Freeze plug or what?

Got the Super C split yesterday. There are 3 plugs on the back of the motor. Going left to right if your looking at the rear of the motor, I have a plug that is silver and about 2" across, then on the right side is a slightly smaller plug with a hole in the center that has oil leaking around it. And below that plug is a much smaller plug with with a square hole in it. IF the second plug is a freeze plug, why is oil leaking from it. How is the best way to remove it and replace it and stop this leak? The small plug whit the square hole, what is it for? Sorry for the long question.
