IH 2424 rockshaft housing

I have a 196? IH 2424, SN 01642 with a bad case of the hiccups. The mechanic has had it apart 3-4 times to no avail. He says it's so bad that I need to replace the entire draft and lift control housing, also referred to as the draft control or rockshaft housing. The part # I have is 3044365R3. Can anyone tell me where I might find such an animal.
