I have a 184 and can help a little. IH made a 1050 loader for the 154/185/184 series but they are as rare as hen's teeth and expect to pay big if you find one. Woods may make one that works, but the loboys are not real stout and pretty far from ideal. As a mowing machine the 154 is pretty good and 60" at a time is a time saver. It does not have a live PTO of the 184 though. Woods does make an L59 belly mower. A 3 point hitch was an option on these tractors. $3200 is not bad if the machine is in good shape. The tiller is probably worth $300-$500 depending. For comparison, I bought a 1977 184 not running and needing substantial work for $1200. So far I have replaced the release bearing and clutch fork, new seat, rebuilt the steering shaft, new throttle cable, new battery, new starter switch, re-wired it, new PTO pully, blah blah blah and have over $2000 in it and to really "restore" it I would have to spend another $1500. It should be about right for 3 acres. Keep in mind that you can buy more tractor for less money and less tractor for more money. You pays your money and ha takes your chances.

It is also very apparent that these folks are getting a lot of very poor and often very dangerous advice fro
