If I wanted to do all the items you listed, I would get a 40-50 hp skid steer loader. In snow or moving dirt it will run circles around most of the 60-70 hp 6 cylinder Farmalls I had a Farmall 560D with IH 2000 loader, on a 100 cow dairy farm. Needed another loader because of two locations. I purchased a 40 hp Skid steer loader. Two years later I purchased a second 40 hp skid steer and the 2000 IH loader was taken off 560 and packed away in shed. It was never used again. Skid steer is just the greatest invention since the wheel barrow. I used a 72 inch snow bucket on 560 loading free stall manure. Skid steer with 60 inch snow bucket would out perform it and it will go just about anywhere a man with a wheel barrow can.
Also with quick attach bucket you could fabricate a s-tine harrow to till the garden.
