re price on cubs

first im not trying to sell these i was woundering about the price. the add says- FARMALL CUBS one w/hyds and 60" belly mower $2,200 OBO one completely restored with blade $2,000 OBO bolth run and drive great. OK my question is why is the restored one 200. les than the other is the belly mower worth the diff.? i have the tx if anyone needs it email me with re cubs so i know what its about its in one of those trader mags. just woundering as usual about the prices...sHan
