Have you tried to use the vice grips down closer to the head and tighten while hitting the stud some to help it to losen up. I gather you do not have a torch, then you will be forced to drill it out but you have to be real carefull it has to be a really straight drill hole. And for a little hummor if you turn the tractor on its side so that the PB Blaster could soke in it could help or it would be a differnt view of things. LOL
