1946 Super H on e-bay

Have any of you seen the "1946 Super H" on e-bay? It looks more like a 1946 H with a Super H sticker to me. If you look close it has clamp style front wheels, band brakes and the farmall badge on the front. It appears from the background of the pictures the fellow is a small time dealer. Do you feel this is on the mild side of fraud? If he has run the numbers to state the year model he should know it is an H and not a Super H. It states that it is freshly painted so the decals must be freshly applied. We see people who list a tractor and say they don't know exactly what model or year it is and leave you to bid at your own risk. Does it bother you when items are misrepresented?
