I have a 1950 Farmall H, I have had starting problems with this tractor from day one. When I turn the key after have the battery charge over night, if it doesnt start up in the first turns of the engine its not going to start. Then the engine after one try will not turn over again. It makes a clicking noise. I have hook my cherokee to the battery(12 volt system) and tried to jump off that. I have to leave it on for 30 minutes and the same effect. One good turn over the engine and then the clicking or spinning noise or the occasional grrr noise of trying to kick up but cant. If it ever does turn over twice or three times it starts right up. I thought it might be the battery but it wont turn over jumping off a large SUV? I have checked the connections and they all seem fine. Thanks for any help you guys can give me.
