Farmall B Front Wheel Bearing

Hi, I'm buying my first tractor and noticed the right front wheel will move maybe 1/4 inch when pushing back and forth on it. The other wheel is normal. I assume the bearings must be shot, could it be worse than that? How big a job to replace bearings, and how much should I expect to pay to have them replaced? Any comments appreciated. Thanks.
