I have had several cubs in the past. You can plow snow very well if you have wheel weights. The cub does a decent job of mowing grass, but will not have enough power to run a 5ft. mower deck unless you have a level lawn and cut frequently. Best to get a 4ft deck. Hard to get going with the power takeoff engaged without live power takeoff on tractor. Best bet for mowing would be a newer and more powerfull 154 or 184.
