I just looked in one of my books and it says that the Farmall A (with ballast) could pull about 2400 lbs, but that seems rather high considering that was about the weight of the tractor. The Super A is probably capable of pulling a bit more than the A but it was never tested at Nebraska. All Super A's were 6 volt. Good luck. SAm in NS
