need help (hydraulic on a smta)

I have a Smta this is my first tractor. It still has the push rods to work the hydraulic loader and ect. I would like to replace the rods with a vaule body and levers. Because when it gets to bouncing around loader comes down but it will not bleed down just sittng there.How do I plump it.
