Had a great day plowing with the old tractors yesterday. We got 10 in of heavy wet snow here in central NY. I plowed dad out first with his 53 golden jubilie, it wasn't bad once I climbed over the dearborn loader and got situated in the cockpit of the old contraption. I was helping dad out, he's recovering from heart surgery. I didn't mind the exhaust fumes coming up from under the running boards or the fact that I had to stand up to see what I was doing. I got him plowed out then headed home and hopped on the super c. What a difference, I could see and even breath fresh air, not to mention the purr of the engine when it's got a little load in front of her. Dad always was a ford man, and they do have their place, but I'll take mine with red paint thanks, and I hope it snows again before it's over.
